Hi! I' m looking for ideas on how to created an habitat that can both be put on a wall and lay on a table..my customer for this full sized fisher Mount asked me to do it that way...any inputs on how to achieve this? I've got an idea but 2 or more brains are better that one!!
    Thank for your ideas

I built this years back for this fox.
it's hanging on the wall there and can be placed on a table if desired.
It's a simple 2x3 base wrapped with moulding and a custom back. The back board I made taller and used screws not nails to hold the 2x3 base to it so it won't come apart from leverage hanging.
finish the bottom with some fabric or wood to match.

If you use a "post" you can secure it to the base and then put a hanger on the post to hang on the wall or set the base on the floor. This base can do either.
