    We want to thank everyone that has called and left messages. We can honestly say that we have the best customers anyone could ask for. A lot of you have called and got the voice machine. We are here and will call you back. Brett has been returning calls n the early evening and hopefully he will get back with all of you asap. We have been low on stock turkey heads and have been filling order the best we can.


    It is an issue we are faced with every year at this time and it always seems to work itself out. We will also be issuing a statement to all our customers about some changes that have been made. We are excited about the future and will let all of our customers know the changes as we introduce them to you.

    Again We ask that you continue to leave messages on the machine and be assured that your call will be returned. We have been low on stock heads and will have that issue resolved as soon as possible.
    If you have or can get spare heads we could use as many as possible.

    Also if you need to send heads to be dried please be assured we will always be here or have someone that will make sure the packages are received.

    Brett has been excited to make a few announcements but has been very busy making sure everything is in place to make these changes work well for everyone.

    We have always been about customer service and have been blessed to have customers that understand.

    We ask that you continue to leave a message if you get the machine and WE WILL RETURN YOUR CALL IF YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE.



    We should be back and better than ever soon and We look forward to serving you for many years to come.

    Thanks for each and everyone of you and please know that without you we would not exist.

    We have a few stock heads and we are still filling body orders and all of you that have heads here being they are in process and will be done as soon as possible.

    We hope all of you have a great turkey season and be safe and have fun.

    Thanks for all the positive feedback.

    We are very busy and Brett is wanting to let everyone know that some of the changes made were due to quality of workmanship and everything that was in the shop as far as bodies and heads that was here in stock prior to the changes is almost gone. He has been doing all the work and wants it to stay that way. He has always been afraid of getting to big to quick and losing quality. He says we were in that category and he has put on the brakes. He knows that no matter what this business is ours and if a customer has a problem they will hold Brett and Myself accountable. He said if we are going to be accountable then we are going to do all the work.

    He knew this was going to be the best thing and the right thing to do. He also knew it would cause us to get behind some due to the timing of this change.

    He wants everyone to know its a good change and he is taking full responsibility for any and everything that may of been an issue in the past. We have always been able to handle the workloads and we still will it just means some longer hours and that is fine.

    We do ask that all of our customers continue to be patient. You (customers) have been the most understanding anytime we have had any issues at all.

    We also would like feedback on what we can improve on. Brett says the only way to know if what we are doing is right is to ask our customers. He also wanted those that have comments or concerns about the things we need improvement with please send us an email or a pm. He does not want to take up space or use Taxinet as a poster board for business.

    He has made mistakes and will be the first to tell you when he does. We all do. He keeps going back to the reason for his vision of this business. This vision was and is and has always been to have a business and give a product to the industry that would allow those that choose to use it a way to better their business and profits. He has tried to do something positive by giving you the information and knowledge needed to use our products. We hope that all of you that have used our products are satisfied. He will continue to give out help and information to all that want it but he is focused on getting back up to speed with all the products and all the things that made this business what it is. He is trying to find a way to get orders and give information out to use our products and still have time for doing the work. If you have suggestions please let us know.

    We are still needing raw heads.

    We are going to ask that if you need something please call and leave a voicemail with your information.
    We will get back with you as soon as possible.

    Brett and Boondocks wants to thank all of you once again.

    We are behind and all of you know how that can work on your mental game.

    We are going to complete all pending orders before we fill a new one so we ask please respect our decision to do so. We still want you to order but please be aware there is a chance it could take longer to fill than what its been in the past.

    We will be back up to speed soon.
