Just wondering if there is a large difference in turkey bodies out there. Is any one more accurate than another or is it like waterfowl bodies where it comes down to personal preference? I got my 1st turkey in the other day & would like for it to go as smooth as possible. If yall could give what yall use & why.

His and Tim Jordans from HQ work really well. Have not tried many of the others except I know I got some one time that were hard as a rock. Those were hard to work with. Do not remember the brand name on them though. I like the full breast on the Tim Jordan bodies.
