My wife and I recently got back from a ram hunt where we killed two Corsicans one painted desert and an angora. My question is what would be a good tannery to send the hides to for shoulder mounts? The hide all have pretty long hat and the angora will have to be combed out. Any help would be great thanks

Any tannery should have the ability to properly tan rams. I have tanned several that came in from from Oklahoma hunts and I tan them the same way I do deer or any other fur-bearing animal. The key to combing out is patience. I tan and mount mine and let them dry. Once the mount is dry they get combed out real good.
