My question is, if I salt, rough flesh and wash with Rittles wool degreaser will krowtan's whitetail formula be sufficient to tan a Corsican hide?

I'm not certain the Krowtan would give you a suitable outcome - since I've never used it! The Wool Degreaser would certainly eliminate the Lanolin in the Wool which attacks the debris and dirt that woolskins seemed plagued with however, not knowing what ingredient of Krowtan actually does the Tanning is unknown to me! It contains a lot of Tanning Agents (according to their label). I suggest you check with the Manufacturers of it. I would certainly not "rough Flesh" - but thoroughly flesh it prior to using the Wool Degreaser.
