Importing African game heads into Canada

    Hoping any fellow Canadian taxidermists on this forum can help me with this one.
    I have a very good client who is in the process of trying to have his capes shipped back to Canada from Africa ,I have never had to deal will import export items and am not sure on what to tell him or how the process works all he knows so far is the one broker he talked with wants to charge him $1200.00 and for him to do all his mounts (don't know the name)would anybody be able to fill me in on the process the heads would be coming into Manitoba.
    No Cecil is not one of the heads lol.

    Talk to Dale Warren with Talon distribution, he should be able to help you. Dale charges me around $120 for an African consignment. Finished products (mounts) are much easier to import than raw skins.
