Boondocks Taxidermy "Customer contact info needed"

    We are currently in need for current contact information for all of our customers. We are going to be calling every customer over the next few weeks in order to update our contact info and to ask for your input on future business relations. A lot of you know we have been very busy and have had to let an answering machine pick up the calls. Brett hates the answering machine and has tried very hard to make a point to always answer the phone when it rings. This has not been the case lately due to the workload and the simple fact that he has been working non stop to try and get caught up. We are grateful to all of you who have been patience with us. Things are looking up finally and with all that we have struggled with over the past few months has made us think and try new things to avoid problems in the future. Brett is not going to point fingers or give excuses because he knows if a problem arises its going to be up to him to correct it or own it. He is currently doing just that and needs all of you to help if possible. We need you to call or email or pm with your contact numbers. IF you text we need to know and if you would prefer email we need that information as well. We will respond to you with information needed to get everyone on the same page. We look forward to getting your information so we can start on a solution to any issues you may have or have had.

    We will try to inform everyone of upcoming changes.

    A lot of you will understand the idea of starting a business, then getting busy faster than you can handle.... this can be very stressful.
    We want to be the best we can be and have had to make some changes to keep this from getting out of hand.

    Our main issue that we are facing is the simple fact that we have gone from 4 people to 2 people and we were busy when we had 4.

    Now you can imagine a little better the stress this can bring.

    The main concern is to establish a good way to communicate with all of you in a way that works for everyone.

    We welcome any suggestions or ideas you have or just simply tell us what will work for you the best.

    I ask that the suggestions and contact information be routed through an email or pm or on our answering machine.

    I will leave a voicemail with information needed as well.

    The main area of concern is your updated contact info and the way of communication you would like the best.
