A customer brought in a frozen ram head. When I thawed it out to do the job it was not good. So we decided to do an artificial European. But the skull is too large for the horns. I've spent more money and time trying to make this work. He has been a good customer for a long time.
I'm going to give him the artificial skull and the honed out horns. And will keep his deposit.
    Any Ideas ????

What was wrong with the real one that it was no good?

I had cut the top out to mount it.

If you can retrieve the skull that it came from, do so and clean it up. The skull cap can be restored by using some epoxy and blending it in as well as a wood block under it for support and stability.
