Had a strange request from my daughters 5th grade teacher. Apparently her teacher is looking for deer eyes for the kids to dissect. Guess she asked the kids if they had a parent that hunted and if they brought in eyes they would earn extra credit. Guess her teacher didnt realize I have a taxidermy shop. My daughter better ace the class. She
now has 71 eyes in jars in my freezer.

I was thinking if I fill the jars with alcohol it should preserve the eyes long enough for the class to use them. Does anyone have any other ideas other than alcohol?

    Thanks....

I do eyes every year in my class and the kids love it!!!!!!!! just keep them froze until the day before the teacher wants to do the dissection.
