Pintail cross

    That's a neat cross. Looks to have some GWT.

    Yep. Id have to say pintail/greenwing
     
  4. That's what I think. The chest is spotted like a green teal.

    The hunter said it came in with a group of Teal.

    nice!...cool how the dark pattern on throat is shape of the white on a woodie....that widgeon is not too shabby either....
     
  8. We looked at the head markings for a long time thinking the same thing. Could it be Woodie/Pintail? But the chest looks Greenwing. (I'll try to post a picture tomorrow)

    Yes that Wigeon is nice and was taken on the same hunt.

    We have received some really good and cool birds this year.

  11. I will post pics when it's mounted, it's going to be standing bird. The primaries on the left wing are all hammered.
