    Hi all,
Got a fresh red fox last September, skinned it around 18 hrs later (was left in a cool spot) then froze it. Took it out last week and fleshed and salted it, last Monday I put it in tanning solution (White Tan from Snowdonia Taxidermy if anyone wants to know), took it out and rinsed it yesterday evening. Tried fitting it on the (wrapped ) manikin and everytime I so much as touch the legs (front and back) and look at my hands, there is a large amount of 'fluff' on them. Its only the limbs and the face, the rest is fine (for now). Does anyone else have this problem? Is it worth continuing with?
    Help appreciated.
    Conor ;D

18 hours in September, not fresh, here temps were in the 80's, not prime thin skin and never heard of white tan or if that could be causing any problem, but if its not slipping down to the skin it may be fine, continue as your going and handle carefully until dry.
