Is there a rule of thumb on when to use either the light, medium or dark eyes available for Whitetails ?

No real data on this but I never use light eyes. I will use medium on lighter colored WT but mostly dark eyes. Probably about 20/80 split. I think it just looks better.

Myself I like a dark eye

  6. Medium color for me, dark just looks like a stuffed animal eye
