I am converting my shop to LED lights- I am thinking that the 6000K lights will be just too intense for the 8 ft. ceilings Has anyone who has done this used 4000K LED lights- how does this difference affect colors when painting since the 6000K are supposed to be the same as sunlight- will the 4000K lights affect the colors too much??
Sure can use some good advice

I have the 4000 lumen and like them over the fluorescent. It was the brightest available here when I bought them. I wouldn't be opposed to a tad brighter over my painting area but what I have is good until it fails.

  3. I think it may depend on what use to be in your shop. I went from 3500 to 5000 fluorescents and it was to bright white. I ended up with a 4000 and 5000 in each one of my 8 foot units.
