Louisiana Taxidermy Show

A great applause to the Louisiana Taxidermy Associations annual competition and banquet! A great group of folks, plenty of skilled artisans, amateur, professional and Masters alike, well received seminars, and grand support by many suppliers! A very upbeat, positive group of supporters, friends, old relics, and new acquaintances mingled well on a stormy Friday evening and Saturday morning! A pleasure to walk through the numerous mounts in the competition room, and, both the number and quality of the work was a reminder of the long gone, South Louisiana Taxidermy Association meetings of the mid 1980's! Thank you, elected officers and Board, for creating and maintaining a well organized weekend! Great to see such artists and interest combine together for a fast moving, two day set of "meet and greets", seminars, and the sharing of our marvelous profession! Congratulations to everyone involved, from behind the scene, to the forefront, especially, the entrants, and all of their hard earned achievements to make the competition beautiful, and outstanding! A "Hat's Off" to all of the competition members winning in any skill level and in any divisions, and, a "shout-out" to all entrants, congratulations on hard-earned winnings!
