   I need to repair 2 tines that are about 10". I'm planning to use actual antler and fill with my 2 part antler clay but I only have about 6" of antler to use. Is there anything else that I could use? Bondo maybe and finish with the putty?

   I think your on track. I've always used magic sculpt but I'd want to use something cheaper like bondo to fill in that much of a gap then go over it with your putty.
