Birds at the NTA

Discussion in 'Bird Taxidermy' started by Ringnex, Jun 12, 2016.

  1. Want to congratulate the guys that took home the bird awards. Some of the best work I've seen in a while. Congrats to Fred Barilla, Mike Nakelski, and Eric Perry. Great job! The quality of work at the show in general was very high.

I was privileged to see those black ducks in person. Nothing short of amazing!! True art and craftsmanship! Very deserving of what they earn. Mike can execute what most of us only dream of pulling off. What a great great inspiration. Great job my friend!! :)

He took major awards earlier with the same mounts at the UTA show...... Fantastic work to the point on how they come apart....

It was great meeting you Randy! Your pheasant was awesome! Hope the rest of your road trip is fun and safe! It was my first time meeting mike, and I must say, he is a true gentlemen! We talked quite a bit and he had no problems sharing his wisdom and "secrets"! His success was well deserved! Hope to see all of you at the world show next year!
