Research Mannikins sells a finishing deodorizer deigned to be used after the mount is done. I have used it and it really worked nice. I haven't used it on a goat though.

It should be done prior to tanning. Any topical sprays will only mask the smell for awhile. Take it outside and wash it down with a good grease cutter for lanolin. Then use a shampoo, wash good and blow dry. Game farm sheep are tough to clean and may always have a slight smell.
