Hi there, new to this forum and hoping someone can help me out. I have a mounted Florida Panther that my grandfather was given as a gift a long time ago. He passed away a few years ago and we are selling off some things from his estate and wanted to sell this panther. I have had mixed info from people saying I can sell it and others stating it's illegal to even have it. Hoping someone can clear this up for me and let me know what I can do with this, thanks!

Just go to the FWC web site under laws for taxidermist. It's covered there. Unless you have the proper documentation I'm pretty sure you want like what you find being your dealing with an indangered/protected species.

If you still have the Panther mount, I'm interested and can ensure the transfer is legal. Email me or PM me please.
