Beetles and snake skeleton?????

    Hi me and my boyfriend recently had our ball python pass away, and with the help you’ve given us from this post we’ve started our first snake taxidermy project, I just wanted to say thank you and you’re pieces look amazing :)

    Yes we actually did, took about three hours to skin her and not break any ribs, and getting all the fat and tissue off the skin. we’re gonna work on Tanning her skin today and we’ve had her in the tub with cleaning beetles for a day and a half now.
     
  6. For this size, I prefer macerating. For me, dermestids have never been easy on snakes.
