How do you go about getting the wires in the legs to hold the duck upright when mounting onto a surface? I bend wires underneath, but it manages to move. So how to tighten bird down.
Lastly how do you keep the ducks webbed feet from separating from what its mounted on. Especially after they dried, they curl a bit and it doesn't look solidly placed. Pin, glue....? Thanks

When doing a standing mount use the largest guage wire possible in the anchor foot/feet.I use 12 guage for mallards,14 for woodies.to secure it to the base while holding the leg where you want it bend the wire over and drive a screw or two into the hole the wire is coming from.as far as the webs not staying put dab some superglue underneath them Before you pin them, should take care of your issue
