Ok, question here!!! I went through the entire process of tanning a coyote and after tanning and oiling I wasn't happy with the results due to the fleshing work.... Can I repickle the hide again and use a fleshing machine to clean it up before I tan and oil again for a better hide??

I just did that exact thing on a badger and an otter that I wet tanned many moons ago and had been in the freezer. I pulled them out and realized how greasey and thick they were. I had a pickle mixed up already so I tossed them in. Pickled them for a few days shaved em and finished them out again and they are much better. I figured I didn't have much to lose. I wasn't going to leave them as they were.

Fleshing machine, I didn't have one when I originally tanned them.

I came across an used IV for a deal I couldn't refuse. It is small but works pretty good.
