Some Acids used in your Pickle may begin to be non effective and crystalize under 45 Degrees Fahrenhiet. I would hold my temperatures to the same working temperatures I need to effectively work in my Shop - usually 65- 75 Degrees Fahrenhiet. Or perhaps a little bit higher. Just keep them workable temps! The same way with my Tanning Solutions - tan at a comfortable Temp for yourself - like above!

If you have the correct formula from BASF you will find the tanning temp to be 90F

If you tan one cape at 65 and another at 90 you will see a big difference, check your formula

In fact the formula call for starting the tan at 30C and raising to 40C when you add the luntan
