Who's going to the Montana show????

    It's already shaping up to be a crazy month as we close in on the Montana show April 27th through the 30th in Great Falls, Montana. I just wanted to take a few minutes to extend a warm welcoming hand to those who might want to compete in Montana. We have 3 amazingly talented judges this year, Jody Green, Lance VanDusen and Mike Othorber. There will also be daily seminars and even a kids seminar. We are a very family oriented organization and realize that these kids are the future of the industry. This year the kids will have a 2 hour hands on bait fish painting seminar. We also will have a kids movie night during the banquet.     Ummmm I'm just coming for the beer but you can count me in on the bait fish painting...... . This is my 8th year traveling to Montana for a get together . Ive made friends to last me a life time. Learned some tips and tricks for some of the best taxidermists in the US. If you want to UP your game and improve how your pieces look join an association and attend the seminars. Everyone is there to Learn , Share what they know and have fun.

    In Montana the definition of competition is "the other guy herding sheep" . Tuck your pants in your boots , its gets pretty deep in there . Hope to see you there .
