Rug border felt

    Doing a little spring cleaning and found some Surplus scalloped felt border , 3" width. We don't do rugs anymore so maybe one of you can use it up. McKenzie has it at $3.40 a yard so that would make it $78.20.

    8 yards Black
    5 yards light brown?
    10 yards tan
