Research Mannikans

    Best customer service in the industry. I called last week and placed an order for about 20 whitetails, 3 elk, and a few exotics. I get a call back from Randy with research and he asked if I was going to attend the state show this weekend if so that would bring them to the show. I cannot attend this year due other commitments but was contemplating making the drive to Killeen to pick them up. Randy was to call me back and give ne an estimate on shipping and then i would decide if it was worth the trip. He calls me back and asked if it would be ok to just bring them to me. He went well out of his way, probably 4 or 5 hours and delivered them to me. I have never experienced customer service like this before. He also gave ne the show price and saved me hundreds in shipping.for those of you that dont venture out and haven't given them a try you should. The whitetail mannikans fit our deer really well and mount up really nice. Thanks again Randy from Research you are awesome.[​IMG][​IMG]

    Randy really is a great guy and the entire staff at the Illinois location is just as nice and hard working.
    If they do another open house, you should do your best to make it. The last one included great prices, a free lunch (hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, potato salad, soda, etc) and a wonderful, free seminar by Vince Fleming on mounting a white tailed deer.

    I didn't feel like driving the 2 hrs round trip to the one here in Oregon, so, I had them ship my order. They got part of it wrong and when I opened it Friday about 5:00pm I called them. I had the right part at my door step the next morning. They said I could send the wrong part back on their dime or bring it with me next time I came down there with no time limit.
    Great company for sure!
