1890's tiger pelt.

so i recently inherited a tiger pelt from a great uncle whom ive never met, apparently it was a man eater and a member of my family was contracted to hunt down way back in the day, it doesnt have a felt backing, but it is monstrous almost 8' long. i know laws in the us are tricky but i wanted to know if its ok to have to restored or what the value of it maybe, if your interested in seeing the pelt or have any questions feel free to email me. thanks
