    What is the cheapest way to get ahold of this. 40 volume. I have been buying from amazon is that the best way?

    I always bought it from Sally's beauty supply. Last tannery I worked for, I did all the bleaching. Dall, mtn goat, polar bear.

    X2 on Sally's Beauty supply...I usually get some funny looks from the staff, but they sell it as economically as anywhere else and its generally easy to find one when you're out and about.
