Ways to tan and clean?

    I'll be skinning a coyote head and was wondering on what ways is easy to tan the face.
    Also on how to clean the skull of all the meat,eyes etc without damaging the skull.

    Most supply companies sell a tanning kit as well as a skull cleaning kit with all you need as well as instructions.

    To clean the skull, put it in a pot of water with a little oxyclean and bring it to a boil. Then boil it until the meat starts to peal off and pressure wash it. The boil it some more and pressure wash it again. Repeat this until there is no more meat. Make sure to get everywhere like in the nose cavity and be carful with the teeth for the pressure washer might blow them out. You can find some great tutorials on how to clean and whiten skulls on Youtube.
