Since when do Mountain Lions need a CITES permit? I've been able to get two mountain lions mounted with no CITES permits. As far as I know, Bobcats need CITES permits, Mountain Lions do not.

If you are shipping out of the country, you do need it. I've sold a grizzly to someone in China and it needed a CITES. This mountain lion was supposed to go to another gentleman from China who had a major heart attack and passed away just after the CITES was obtained. Sold within the US, you are correct, it doesn't need a CITES.
