Will the hair tighten and lock in place when the hide is completely dry ? Hair is shedding really bad when I pull on it lightly ? It's been a week on the form, guy I got it from said it was tanned and ready to go on the form ! Just starting to learn , any help would be much appreciated !

You may need to use Stop Slip on the slipping areas. I used it last season on a couple deer likely due to the very warm fall. It works well.

Seems that right after you mount a cape the hair will pull out pretty easily. Its like a mole that keeps getting angrier the more you keep touching it. Just stop pulling it! The hair will get tight again after it is all dry. This question has been asked hundreds of times here I think. The answer is always the same.

As long as it was taken care of before tanning you shouldn't have any worries.
  7. I went to the dr once with my elbow. I said it hurts when I do this. He said. Then don’t do that. Same. Then don’t pull on it. It will tighten up.
