Any recommendations for cleaning?

I'm trying to clean an alpaca skull. I have 99%of the meat off, but I have some left over tried skin and I need to whiten it now. What do you recommend? I've been told before to use peroxide and or soda ash. But I want to know what has worked for others in the past.

    Thanks!

Soda ash (sal soda/baking soda) is used with simmering to remove tissue and there is a good chance you will damage the skull. Unless you can easily get another one, I wouldn't do it. You don't whiten the skull until it is free of flesh and grease. Have you researched maceration skull cleaning on here? Peroxide is used to whiten. You don't mix it with soda ash. The two chemicals are for two different procedures.
