corsican horns

    working on a Corsican sheep and the horns shrunk. question is do i soften horns or grind the cores down, and what do you use to fasten the horns to the core? thanks

    GRind down the cores a bit, and then bondo them on

    I prefer to soak the horns in warm water for a few hours and they will relax enough to expand to original size. Slip them over the form with bondo and let them dry.

    I cut my cores to about 2-3 inches long and everything fits back perfect and secure with bondo
