    Dear skeleton friends,

Here are some pictures about the skeletons on the 11th Open European Taxidermy Championships, that was held in Salzburg, Austria, February 18-25. Sorry, the quality is not too good, hope there will be better pictures on the internet later.

So, there were 3 entries in the Professional division:
-A running dog, made by Hiroto Nakatsubo (Japan), Best of Professional Category
-A swimming Cormorant by Ralf Bonke (Germany)
-An Ayam Cemani, and a Common Chicken skeleton by Robert Illek (Austria)

And 1 entry in the Master division:
-2 fighting Common Buzzards by Krisztián Albert (Hungary), Best of Europe

    Have a nice day!

Thank you for sharing. Great mounts. Love the black bones of the Ayam. Someday I might try a Silky chicken which has them as well.

Very nice skeletons, too bad there were so few entries in the skeleton competition. I did not send in one either, because as a teacher I cannot take time off to go there.:(
