Remove rack from old mount and get everything new and mount as you would normally.

If you want to use the original form, place the mount in an old water trough, and weigh down with about 6 cinder blocks to keep it underwater. After a couple of days, the skin will come off. If epoxy hide paste was used in places, you will have to peel the skin off. It's rarely worth the trouble to use an old mannikin, but I have done it many times. On most old mounts, the most time consuming part is removing the 10,000 crown staples used on the backboard. One last thing, if its an old paper form, forget trying to reuse the mannikin.
