Where can I buy jewelers cloth for neck material for ducks?

I’ve bought fibers from the Woolery.
Sisal fibers, are coarse, flax is fine and soft(woven into Linen and making paper). They have hemp, bamboo and rhami fibers. The flaw works well for necks. All of these fibers have been processed and sold in bolts like yarn.
The stuff we used to buy, tow, was unprocessed and had coarse pieces in it.
One of my new camo shirts is made from bamboo fibers. Crazy what they can do with that stuff.

Taxidermy supply houses once sold it. I was told that it mimicked the smell of marijuana when going through shipping, so it became a problem logistically. Not sure if that's true. I have several pounds I purchased in the 80's.
