If it is properly wrapped in a manual frost freezer, up to 15 years easy. In a frost free freezer, probably up to 5 to 10 years. Two years ain't nothing as long as it is wrapped properly.

Thaw it out in a water bath that way anything that got freezer burned will begin to re-hydrate. Also inject the feet with warm water to soften them for mounting. Should be OK. Good luck.

Always package your birds like you are putting them into the freezer for long term. It never fails, the minute you just stick them in a grocery sack "cuz I going to get right on it" the time flies by and its been 2 years or more!!
