    Yes find a USDA facility that handles avian influenza and have a copy of their permit, go through Dallas, Houston, Phoenix airport for you first stop back to the US and have you paper work in order. It was actually very simple.

    without "the wall" it should be just a hop, skip and jump across the border.

    The sad part is a citizen would be in more legal trouble bringing a bird across than a non citizen.
