   So I have a white bass the head is severely dried out ,I'm soaking it but doubt that will help ,should I rebuild it then mold it or mold it then rebuild,,I don't know of any one that sells smaller white bass heads.Thanks .

   I cast them , then rebuild what is needed. After I corrected the issues you can then make a platinum mold that’ll last a long time if needed.
