Hello I tried braining and it worked out great but even though it is tanned i think it would be susceptible to vermin. My question is can I still use EZ-100 to retan

I have personally never tried to retan a skin after a Brain Tan. Ordinarily the Brain Tan is considered an Aldehyde type of Tan because the smoke at the end of the process, changes the chemicals of the Brain Tan to an Aldehyde, which actually is considered the Tan.

I have heard of one Leather Tannery in Canada tanning Caribou skins in Chrome and then tanning or adding a Syntan like EZ-100 at the end of the process, but that's the only Commercial Tanning I know of and using a Syntan that way. Sorry - but I have no more info on it, to expand any further info!
