My deer measured A 7.5 B 18 C 18 before i caped him. So ordered a 8508 and now the cape doesnt fit around the neck but now that it is tanned and stretched the deers measurements are A 7.5 B 19 C 18.5
Did i order the wrong size? but shouldnt the cape be able to fit? Or what am i doing wrong?

You are likely trying to pull their skin together a little too far down the neck. The area right behind the ears, for example, needs to be pulled up onto the skull area between the ears, not around the neck. I suggest you test fit the cape by sewing the seam together from the back up 3/4 of the way up the neck to make a short Y cape, then drape the hide onto the mannequin. Sew the skin around the antler burrs with a couple of short stitches. This should have the cape hanging on the form in a manageable way. Now pull the hide into place pulling it up the neck as much as possible lining up the ears and the hair patterns on the top of the skull, then see show the neck are fits.

You gained an inch at the B and 1/2 inch at the C ; Should fit with no problem .
