Electric Mini Fleshers

  2. If you do less than 20 capes a year and don't want to spend the money for a table top flesher the mini is the way to go. I have both air and electric models and I like them a lot. The electric more than the air, not as heavy and quieter. Also not mentioned much is the fact that the blades will flesh about a 100 capes without being turned or sharpened. Just noticed that you are talking about the merlin and I have only used the flesh all. Don't know about the merlin

    i had the flesh all when i did taxidermy. works great. just be sure to hold what you are fleshing, tight and flat. if the cape gets caught up in that little bugger it will eat it alive...err..Dead :)

  4. The Fleshall website has a video of Dale using the machine and the different size boards he uses to keep each part being fleshed tight and flat on your bench. Worthwhile to watch.
