    Yes I have bought a few of them. They don’t last long. I use a 120v 1300watt heating element. Mounted through my tank.

    Yes. Look for ones made by Allied. There is a thread on here about how to hook one up to a thermostat. They run too hot to use alone. They can corrode through after a long time of usage. I coated mine with high temperature silicone on all parts underwater and it is still fine.
