what are the general times for maceration?
are they varied per skull size or what?

we mainly do deer skulls. normally with eyes and brain removed, trimmed really well, 90-100 degrees 5-7 days, with one water change.

Read the posts on it. Clean your skulls of all the flesh you can. The cleaner they are the shorter the time. As above and some can take a few days more.
