    Thanks for the advice I learned a lot off this site still have alot to learn but enjoy learning how this all gets done.

    You should never use a mounted animal for reference, but look at the way I groomed the hair on this one by using an air pistol and starting at the tail and moving to the head. 06B90F11-3D61-463F-8842-5F72962DA27F.jpeg

    Very nice. I took my shop vac and blew the fur from back to front and that fluffed him up . Makes it look a lot better. Thanks for the pic

    Question did you case skin yours or split down the back?

    I use the ventral cut on all mammals...even lifesize deer.
