Straightening Curled Fins

    Any ideas how to straighten slightly curled pectoral and tail fins on my crappie? I have sealed with lacquer and backed them with Silkspan and Dermagrip Fin Glue already.

    Unfortunately they weren’t sealed properly for the moisture from the waterbase glue hydrated the skin.
    You may want to recard them , warm them up with a hairdryer and apply another layer to aid in straightening them out again

    They're really not that bad. Pectorals are usually the ones that give me a little trouble. I've cut way back on how much waterbased glue I apply per coat and that seems to help a lot. Thanks for the advice.
