Is there a way for me to revive a pan fish’s fins if they shrunk when drying? And how do I prevent that. New to fish, obviously

You can’t prevent any fin, skin, head etc from shrinkage. It’s a normal process.
It can be controlled to a certain point by using a freeze dryer or certain hazardous chemicals.
To make real fins etc look more realistic, you have to rebuild all parts with some type of products like , glues,or epoxy .
The only other method is using cast fins. If you learn to cast them yourself, you’ll get a much better quality fin.
