    I always said when I ran out of this, I’d retire. I got down to a few ounces in my last bottle, and filled it with denatured alcohol. Phenol is the best foot an wing injection chemical ever. You just gotta be safe with it 06BC6AC8-3624-4DEE-8A49-88923DE0B32E.jpeg

    So, by diluting your phenol, you are prolonging your retirement. This makes sense, however, how do you know when the phenol is totally gone and it is just the DA? Does this mean you are simi-retired since you now have simi-phenol? If you pretend the bottle now is full of phenol, you can pretend that you now are full of love of the taxidermy business and prolong your retirement indefinitely.

    When I started my taxidermy business my retirement plan was to retire when I no longer enjoyed taxidermy. I retired rather quickly.

    LOL...Yup, filling the bottle back to the top with DA gives me another year or two!!! I always diluted at about 10:1...it's some powerful stuff!
