Can anyone suggest a good bactericide that I can use in my water bottle on birds? I have skin prep NBU. Will that do?

You don’t need any of that stuff for birds. If the skin is bad it’s bad and nothing will save it from slipping.

I have read as well as seen on multiple videos to keep the skin from drying out one should mist with bactericide treated water.

Just plain soapy water in a bottle just as good

If the concern is drying out then that means you are at a point of mounting. It should have had all fat removed, cleaned and already been Boraxed. Just spritz with plain or slightly soapy water to the area of concern
