Hide Paste

    How long is hide paste good for when sealed in a good container?

    Until it molds. Keep it refrigerated or frozen if you are mot using it regularly

    Check the manufactures recommendations on freezing.

    If going to sit for a while in sealed bucket give it a good spray of Lysol before you close and seal it , that will take care of mold issue

    I wouldn’t use liquid Lysol anymore since the chemicals have been changed.
    Your better off JMO to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and get a mold killer and mix that in to keep it mold free. Plus I also take a garbage bag and lay that over the glue to aid in keeping air off of it in which helps from drying out.
