Take it off the wall there might be a sticker or print, showing the form and number.

That’s a McKenzie hanger, but again doesn’t mean it’s a McKenzie form. Probably a McKenzie

Poor mount. The cape isn't groomed or aligned in the brisket like it should've been. I agree with semi-upright, but I think it's an 8600 from McKenzie.

Its and upright, offset shoulder, right turn and does not look like a McKenzie do to face shape. Not sure what manufacture it is. If you are looking to remount it, you could probably salvage the form and it would say on the side.

Are all brands of mounts labeled? I hate to tear off the cape and not find anything.

Just out of curiosity, why is figuring out which brand it is that important? Everyone and their mom makes an upright whitetail form. If you are planning on remounting it, put it on whatever you want.

All of the forms I've gotten in the last 20 years have had form info on them. I can't remember beyond that. Besides, what difference does it make what brand it is?

If the same persons not mounting it it will have a different look to it anyways! Take the mount with you your taxidermist they should be able to help you get the form pose the same from there.
